Who controls your data
The controller of information collected through this website is SU „Sirius 5”, the association operating STAV Sports Performance Center. Registered office: Grmečka 24, Beograd (Zemun), Srbija. Registration number: 28734573. Tax identification number (PIB): 112736714.
The centre is located at Tadije Sondermajera 5, 11070 Novi Beograd, Srbija. For privacy enquiries and rights requests, contact kontakt@stavsports.rs. The registered office and the centre address are different locations.
Information we process and why
The contact form processes your name, email address, message, enquiry category and communication language. A telephone number is optional. Similar information may be provided when you email us directly.
We use this information to respond and arrange the next steps you request. Enquiries preparing a contractual relationship are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Other business correspondence is based on our legitimate interest in responding and communicating, balanced against your rights.
Required fields are marked in the form. We cannot process a form enquiry without a name, valid email address and message. Do not use this form to send medical records, diagnoses, national identification numbers or other sensitive information. First agree an appropriate communication channel for health-related information.
Contact details are not automatically used for newsletters, advertising or marketing messages. Contact enquiries are not used for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Recipients and processing locations
Enquiries are received by authorised association staff who respond to messages. Authorised website maintainers may have technical access where necessary for their work.
Vercel provides hosting and contact endpoint execution. Metoda provides email services and SMTP delivery. Sanity manages website content; the contact form does not write your messages into the public Sanity dataset. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information for service delivery and security.
Vercel and Sanity use international infrastructure, so technical data processing may involve transfers outside Serbia. You may request information about relevant processing locations and contractual safeguards using our privacy contact. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
Retention
Ordinary contact enquiries are deleted no later than six months after communication ends. Where correspondence becomes part of membership, contractual or legal-claim records, relevant information is separated from ordinary enquiries and retained according to its purpose and applicable legal requirements.
Provider backups and technical logs follow separate retention cycles. Deleting an active mailbox message does not immediately remove every backup copy; those copies expire according to the provider cycle and are not used for routine correspondence.
Analytics and external content
When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate visit statistics, including pages viewed, referral sources, approximate location, device type and browser. Vercel states that it does not use third-party cookies and discards its request-hash-based visitor identifier after 24 hours. This is not the retention period for all aggregate statistics.
Our integration records public page views only, removes query parameters and fragments from page URLs, and does not send contact form contents, names, email addresses or custom events. Studio, local and preview environments are excluded. We use analytics for our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website; you may object using our privacy contact.
Google Maps loads only when requested on the contact page. Your browser then connects to Google. See the cookies and external services notice for details.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and data portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to kontakt@stavsports.rs. We may request reasonable identity verification to protect your information. You may also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection: https://www.poverenik.rs/.
